Acceptance

By downloading or using DecorIn you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subscription & Billing

• Free tier: 3 complimentary AI designs, no payment required (plus 3 more when you create an account).
• DecorIn PRO Monthly: $9.99/month.
• DecorIn PRO Yearly: $29.99/year.
• Design Pack: $2.99 one-time for 15 designs (not a subscription).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• No refunds for the current subscription period except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not own or have rights to.
• Use the app to generate offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its AI outputs for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to access our APIs or backend systems directly.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the AI-generated designs. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your images solely for the purpose of generating your design. This licence ends when processing is complete.

AI-Generated Results

DecorIn uses third-party AI models. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match your expectations exactly. We are continually improving accuracy, but we make no warranty that results will be fit for any specific commercial purpose.

Intellectual Property

The DecorIn app, brand, and all original content (excluding your uploaded photos and AI outputs) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any third-party service downtime (Firebase, Replicate, RevenueCat).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance. We'll provide advance notice of material changes.
